The Chairman of the Commonwealth ITU Group (CIG) Dr. Bashir Gwandu, would like to invite you to attend a preparatory meeting on WRC–15 of the CIG that has been arranged for Thursday 19th to Friday 20th February 2015 at Radisson Blu Hotel, Sandton, Johannesburg, South African.
